Please follow these guidelines carefully.

  1. All abstracts must be submitted electronically using the link provided on the SGI 2026 website, https://2026.sgiw.org. Abstracts submitted via email, fax or regular mail will not be accepted or acknowledged.
  2. All abstracts must be written in clear English and submitted for either oral or e-poster presentation.
  3. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text is free of typos or grammatical errors.
  4. Abstract titles should be brief and reflect the content of the abstract.
  5. All articles should include a brief, clear statement of the background (aims, methods, results, and conclusions) of your work.
  6. Abstracts should not exceed 300 words; the submission system will not accept anything beyond that.
  7. Please ensure that the correct contact phone number, mobile phone number (only for Korean presenters) and email address of the presenting author.
  8. Tables and images are NOT allowed.
  9. The presenting and corresponding authors will receive a confirmation email indicating that their abstract(s) have been successfully submitted. If you do not receive a confirmation letter after submitting the abstract, please contact the secretariat, sgi@conventionpm.com.
  10. The reviewers reserve the right to reallocate the submitted abstracts to other sessions.
  11. Abstract submission does not constitute registration for the conference. Presenting author is required to register for the conference separately.

Notification of Acceptance

  1. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee according to standard review procedures.
  2. Abstract acceptance will be notified by email to the corresponding author, presenting author, and the author who submitted the abstract after the notification date.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

  1. If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the pre-registration deadline, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
  2. If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the SGI 2026 Secretariat (sgi@conventionpm.com) by email as soon as possible.
