From Incheon International Airport (ICN)

• (⭐) Recommended: AREX All-Stop Train toward Seoul Station → Magongnaru Station → Exit 3 → walk to East Building, GATE 2.
                                             (The AREX Express Train does not stop at Magongnaru.)
• Airport Limousine Bus 6003 → Magok Station → walk or taxi to the venue. Fare: KRW 16,000. T1: 1F, Stop 6A-3 / T2: B1, Stop 24.

From Gimpo International Airport (GMP)

• (⭐) Recommended: AREX All-Stop Train toward Seoul Station → Magongnaru (1 stop), Exit 3.
                                      or Subway Line 9 toward VHS Medical Center → Magongnaru, Exit 2.
• Airport Limousine Bus 6003 → Magok Station → walk or taxi to the venue. Fare: KRW 8,000. Boarding: 1F, Stop 6.
• Taxi: approximately 10–20 minutes; KRW 7,000–12,000.

Magok Station and Magongnaru Station are different stations. Taxi fares and travel times are approximate and may vary with traffic, tolls and surcharges.

Registration Desk & Floor Plan

• Collect and wear your badge at all times inside the building.
• Access is limited to 1F, 3F and 4F. Other floors and restricted areas are not accessible.
• Use the designated Central Elevators between floors.
• Only securely capped water bottles are permitted in session rooms.
  Open containers and takeaway cups are prohibited.
  Room A permits water only; coffee and all other beverages are prohibited.

Registration Procedures

Pre-registered participants:

▶ Visit the Registration Desk → Verify registration details → Settle outstanding payment, (if applicable, at the on-site rate) → Collect your badge → Enter the session rooms.

On-site registrants:

▶ Complete and submit the on-site registration form → Pay by credit card → Collect receipt and badge → Enter the session rooms.

Registration receipts and certificates of attendance can be downloaded from My Page after the conference.

For on-site registrants, your login ID is your registered email address and the initial password is sgi1234 (changeable in My Page).

Lunch

Location: Cafeteria (4F)

Cafeteria access and lunch service are available only during the designated hours.

The hotel is directly opposite the conference venue, within a short walking distance.
